My name is Tim McGuire
I formed High Winds Success so I could help companies in the trades to realize the full potential of operations software in their business.

I've worked for nearly 25 years in the field service management software space and with some of the largest residential home service contractors in North America.

Working at both SuccessWare and ServiceTitan gave me the opportunity to not just understand, but to influence the role operations software plays in contracting businesses. In that time, as well as my time at Goettl Home Services, I've worked with over 1000 contractors to develop process and train their teams to put those processes in place.

High Winds Success is a ServiceTitan Certified Provider and I am a ServiceTitan Certified Coach and ServiceTitan Certified Inventory Provider as well as a ServiceTitan Residential Certified Administrator. I am also a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member.
